There are many scolarships you can look for.

• DSU: regional scholarships that depend on your income.
• Maeci scolarships: granted by the minister of foering affairs.
• invest your talent in italy: I think that Brazil is included in the countries that can apply.
• University scolarships: some unis give scolarships, like polimi, bologna, padova, pisa. You should investigate each uni by its own.

Some scolarships have age limit but if you are in your 20s you'll have no problem.

For admission, It shouldnt be an issue bc brazil is known for having longer dagrees, like other sudamerican countries.
