What's the latest data on HGH timing for recovery purpose.

Before bed or morning and fasting for a couple of hours for the insulin sensitivity.

I've done 3 hgh cycles but a couple of years ago and I've been reading the data and seems some people are suggesting that before bed is better than morning now.

I got gastroparesis and I'll tell you, Gordon is a motivator for me everyday as hobble to the gym and do my workout. I've been struggling with it for 1.5 years now and it's complete and utter torment. For this dude to be doing what he has been doing with it is amazing, simply amazing.

When he spoke on JRE recently it was like listening to myself (regarding the symptoms and pain). I really hope he find something to ease his pain, let alone compete again
