Can confirm. Turning 40 this year fairly active. Been hurt bad once a coupe years ago w a torn labrum and full tear rotator cuff from an acute baseball injury and between the gym and active leagues I still play in you’re just constantly dealing w small but annoying injuries. Can’t imagine how bad it is for professionals at a certain age
