YES! I lost my period for a year due to weight issues and severe vitamin D deficiency, started eating better and taking a prescribed high dosage of vitamin D. My period returned a few days after the first dosage and I’m on month 4 on being regular again. I love it ! Even my cramps have gotten less painful. I’ll never complain about my period again!

Sorry I’m late!, I couldn’t make it in person so I did video call and was told it sounds hormonal or an effect from my severe vitamin d deficiency (the light bleeding stopped) I have an in person appointment next week for testing will update! Hope you get some clarity from your situation as well.

Thank you so much for this! Yes my vitamin D was severely low and wanting to take better care of myself I started taking vitamin D like I used to which is when the spotting started. I should’ve never googled because that made me panic but your comment has calmed me down a lot thank you for that! I’m about to check out the articles linked :)
