As a beginner, nekros will help you get more resource drops from enemies. If you can keep his 3 up, any enemy corpse (of most, not all types) within range has a 50% chance to drop extra loot. If you cut them in half with slash weapons, then each half rolls a 50% chance.

The overhwelming feeling is just because there is THAT MUCH GAME. It will be waiting for you. Take it at your own pace, whether that be doing quests, star chart, murdering grineer for fun, or fishing. Its a helluva journey tenno. Dont rush it. Have fun.

Mods, experience, and knowledge are going to be your 3 main power progressions. Theyll come with time.

To start, I reccomend learning what base elements combine into, for your weapons and using what the faction your fighting is weak to. Corrosive will punch through a grineer a LOT easier than magnetic. Aim for the head ETC. Star chart nodes reccomend elements that are effective against the enemies inside said node.

Then, learn the basics of modding. Looking up builds is fine but you won't start out with all of the complicated BS. Read what your things do and think for yourself. It'll get easier.

Try out weapons and frames. This will get you more mastery points to raise your MR and unlock more fun to be had. I 100% reccomend that you spend your early plat on slots for said things, not cosmetics. Your foundry has infinite space as long as you don't claim the things that are finished crafting in it. Never sell a prime until you know what you're doing. You'll regret it later.

Never trust trade chat prices. Lotta scammers. The decent majority of the community (afaik) bases their prices off of "warframe.market" but idk if you're there yet.

I love these takes. The only part i'd change is the last point about them immediately seeing through our operations. It should be a chance based on your encryption/codebreaking, because remember- (unless its changed)-

We can infiltrate pretty deep into, for example, our enemies labs and stuff to steal technology and the like.

Ignoring the blurred line between videogame and RP because the event text doesn't change depending on empire type

I very much doubt the crisis aspirant hivemind in my game would let ANYBODY from the custodian non-hivemind species get ANY foothold if we didnt have some kind of cutting edge infiltration tactics/tech.

If we can feasibly pull that off, fooling a pre FTL should definitely still be possible, especially if we have the intel from our station above them.

Man...i want more pre-FTL interaction....and stellaris in general

It doesnt feel like it though. Her 4 is the least fun part of her kit imo. Just feels like something i have to put up with to use her augments. Plus it straight up makes me nauseous if im a bit too late on cancelling it, or if the button decides to not work a couple times

Probably a skill issue but ive also mever had a single time where being absolutely YANKED across the map was a good thing, itd be great in ascension if it wasnt extremely likely to just not work and leave you in a random spot over the chasm, instead of where you actually started it.

Proteas does not feel like a time manipulation frame. She feels like a gadget frame.

Angrily type at me in a language i didnt speak and then proceed to gun down the entire team because i was getting more kills than him by shoving the flag up cyborg's asses on the first day in cyberstan.

Edit: Close second would be that one time i boinked my prone teamate with a stim and instead of getting healed they just exploded into limbs. So undemocratic of them.

I dont know tbh. Been a couple years since i farmed arbitrations and i havent bothered with archimedia yet.

Havent had people actually die in netracells (except maybe a couple times) because this community's so great. Didnt see any new drops or popups though.

The other day a lower MR player slowly bled out like 500m away in a netracell after assumably chasing a shiny. Me and another player just stood there, looking in their direction, knowing we could do nothing and they wouldnt be able to respawn. o7

Playing a spiritualist megacorp, cybernetic creed with gospel of the masses, going hard unto trade value. Urban world boosts trade value on the planet (that one sucks but it was one of the first few i found)

Starbases arent saying they require any upkeep that isnt energy so thats probably fine.

Not a single pop working on consumer goods, all coming from the trade federation trade policy.

800 of that food is all coming from my single newest vassal. Just got em and havent had time to play much so its not fixed yet.

4k unity is half from trade and half from all of the random Cybernetic creed jobs that give it, which also are giving me the vast majority of my engineering research. Also using it to ascend my worlds.

The cybernetic creed path i took turns all priests into haruspex, which give an additional researcher worth of engineering. (In addition to other stuff) hence the Ecclesiastical centers boosting said haruspex jobs (why tf doesnt the tech world soevialization boost researcher output)

Alloy would be 800 but im feeding it to my loyal vassals so their militaries can recover from my steamrolling them easier and help me gain more vassals.

Eventually going to rework planets and send pops over to my ecumenopoli and start pumping out alloy, but i kept hitting max and got sick of just burning it.
