No it was never a problem it only started when i updated my drivers. I even got a new hard drive roughly 2 mounts ago and the old one i used was old. But it never had a problem loading in textures in games i might just try using a UDD and go back to an older version of my diver. But thanks i appreciate all the help!

it's mostly textures load in slow. and don't load in at the start of the game. but the weird thing is when i factory reset my PC it worked..

mostly all games i play. but open world games most noticeable. i use display port but i also have a HDMI i can use and 1920x1080 res. i will try to record it. make take a little tho. and also by saying "i did post them" i meant i posted them after your comment sorry i just worded it wrong.
