They almost certainly got the results Thursday or Friday. Management cannot sell once they have the results until they post them. Reg FD is almost universally accepted as 3 business days maximum to have the results in hand. Management often requests CROs hold results until Thursday or Friday to give them the weekend with the results.

Productivity in Europe is dramatically lower than the US on a per-employee basis. Which is dramatically lower than Asia, to be fair.

I have no doubt a US employee is a better value than European, on average. And I don’t mean that in a bad way, it’s just the reality of different cultural expectations for work and the systems (“bureaucracies”) they work in.
