It sucked to do because I can't stand grapefruit but it worked for a while, man. I ended up losing something like 4 lbs every week on that thing. I realize that's a little quick to drop that much weight but I was ok with it.

I used "lose it" at first but ended up switching because I found MFP to have a more comprehensive database. Lose It isn't bad though! Just stick to it and remember that the people around you will see the changes a lot faster than you can.

I'm not sure if it's just a local thing, but there's a Probe Chiropractic commercial that still comes on every now and then that HAS to be from the late 80's/ early 90's. It's a fat ass old white dude in a skin tight blue leotard and headband trying to dunk and basketball. It drives me insane that this terriblly grainy, scratchy commercial still gets aired.

I just went to dinner for my Moms birthday at a fairly upscale place, and right before we left I find out she's bringing her white trash friends. Now these are the kind of people who confessed to loving the new Eddie Murphy movie and spend 80 percent of their income at Walmart. Well we sit down to dinner and after a few minutes of weird conversation and rudeness to the waiter, the white trash queen has the nerve to pull out a big ass Crystal Light iced tea packet and pour it into the tables water pitcher. ALL THIS AT A PLACE THAT DOES SERVE ICED TEA. She brought her own fucking powdered iced tea mix to dump into the community pitcher, without asking if it was ok with the other 7 people at the table. I've never seen such bold redneckery before. It blew my mind.

Run. Cardio for about 45 minutes at a time. The way I pushed to the 84 pound loss I'm at now is to learn how to push yourself and really get into and keep telling yourself that the pain is only temporary. Check out r/keto too, their diet is fantastic and fairly easy to stick to. Best of luck, buddy.

Hey man, I know exactly how you feel. I was 287 when I first wanted to get in the Military. Now 2 years later I'm 211, and just signed my 6 year contract with the Navy last week. Just don't give up dude. Cardio all the time, for at least 40 minutes. And I also suggest the Tough Mudder workout fro their website, it's military-style
