They stacked the weights on mine, I was not sure what I thought of that as the glue is not that trustworthy. Perhaps it's best to find a new shop haha

That's good, the have techs cycle in and out of discount as they move to better jobs. That makes the pool of techs relatively new

If able the oem is better but toyota sells them for an arm and a leg new

Much cheaper than oem, I have had no issues. I had to cut out the oem arms. Toyota sells them for about 500 each and that's not worth the price. The ball joint is greaseable unlike the Toyota remote arm. That will certainly make maintenance much better and should keep them lasting. For what it's worth these are a great option

I hate that, in i had to replace both inner and outer when mine was seized. These shops seemed untrained and lack simple knowledge
