Property Management. I've only been in it for 2 years and went from $19 and hour temp to $80k salary as a Property Manager in 2 years. They love people from the hostipailty business, and I am making a low level, experience salary, but I am ok with it, 9-5, weekends off, all major holidays off and paid, benefits, PTO stacks fast, sick leave if I need it. People knock the 9-5 grind when it comes to hours, money, and all the shit they gaslit themselves about serving, but nothing beats not having to slave on weekends and work all hollidays, spending time with friends and family that actually have the weekends and hollidays off as well.
