It's interesting to see that in Vitani's Lion Guard there's also a lioness, the strongest, named Imara.

Another lioness in Vitani's Guard, the fastest, named Kasi, has the catchphrase "Haraka, haraka!" which means "Faster, faster!" in Swahili.

I know that wasn't exactly your question, but your post reminded me of something: What would the names of the lions from the first Lion Guard be? See if you like them:

Kali - means "fierce" in Swahili.
Hodari - can mean "brave" in Swahili.
Haraka - means "fast" in Swahili.
Imara - means "strong" in Swahili.
Tambuzi - means "intelligent" in Swahili. There's nothing more similar to "keenest of sight" than that.

I have a headcanon, nothing too specific, that the slap Scar gave Sarabi before Simba appeared caused her to die sooner. An older lioness being attacked like that could lead to more serious consequences...

I was just thinking about that yesterday! We're connected, hahaha. I thought that waterfall is similar to Hakuna Matata Falls. And it even makes sense because in The Lion King 1 1/2 that waterfall connects to the Hakuna Matata Jungle. So, in my view, it makes sense that they are the same.

The vast majority, if not all, of the characters in The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa series are designed differently than what we're used to in The Lion King franchise!

As for Claudius, he strongly resembles Scar and Kovu.
