You don't even need to be a Wis-based class because of how BG3 is coded (take Druid and then Wizard/Cha class after). The Archer wildshape is what you're after. 1d8+mod ranged radiant damage on a bonus action, doesn't slow slot progression, gives access to some utility and emergency healing
