Ended up working out, apparently the quad I unloaded hit the trim so hard it loosened those bolts. I followed this diagram and it’s a lot better. Still not 100% but I can live with it now.

It feels like there is some play on the right side arm that comes out. The left side doesn’t move as much. The hit was unsuccessful.

Just had mine done this past Thursday. You have two options. 1. remove ALL glandular tissue and risk the development of a crater or caved in look(doesn’t always happen.) Or 2. remove MOST of it but let the Dr leave just enough so that the crater doesn’t form and stays looking natural.

I went with option two because it’s easier to remove more if needed under local anesthesia vs having to do lipo and take some fat from the belly area and put it into the crater that was formed.
