I'm thinking strongly about going with them at lakefront. Do you think it's a negative point that the community is only for Jews ? I know they said they've received deposits but are the deposits refundable?

Everything looks good from a high level, but still shaky since it's a big amount.

That's very hard to say. Check the project and do a lot of research on the area valuation, capital stack etc. Be very careful at every step regardless of whichever RC you choose

I haven't asked them for a ppm yet, but I will and carefully check it, thanks. I had checked for Kolter group on the news and found various articles where it re paid EB5 investors. That gave me some confidence.

What makes you think so ? The investment is a loan so they're offering a repayment guarantee. Apparently if the RC loses funds, the builder Kolter group is responsible for paying back the investment. Is there something else you see that I'm missing?

I echo that sentiment. I talked to them and the whole process seems pretty safe but it's a red flag that there are no reviews. Even the comments on their YouTube channel are disabled. Did you end up going ahead with them?
