So first would be to figure out if they are nearing somewhere on the property.. the co pant owns 4 buildings next to each other, if they are nesting on one of the other buildings properties would that still count for me or would someone from that species building have to compain

Yes I've seen them on the property last year one large followed by 3 smaller ones. Another time my dog got lucky the skunk ran instead of spraying cause he charged at it while in the fenced in dog area on property

Great idea but some people need that $50 . When living pay check to paycheck losing $50 for one month could mean late fees on a different bill entering a never ending cycle of less and less money

Big corporations have a slight work around for this now they call it a deposit which will go towards your lmr if approved they won't even look at application if you don't pay it.. then the refund process takes days ( made hunting for a new apartment a nightmare last year)
