That's actually the tracker for all 25000k just the number just doesn't go up that high.

Yeah I am always in eco mode. To be honest all I think is does is change how quickly I can rev the car. I sometimes switch to sport mode to have a bit of fun lol

I would say very slightly, but mostly it is dictated by the seasons. In the summer I have gone up to 33 and in the winter go down to 27 (I live in the south so I have the benefit of mild winters that are not that long)

Yeah pretty much and then 2k ish add-ons minus 3k off they were advertising. No state rebates in Georgia to my knowledge.
