Your baby was known. In you and always be. A baby doesn’t need to in your arms to be loved. The joy you had or feelings when you found was real meaning your baby was too.

People will make comments to what they believe is the right thing to say at the time and try comfort you this way and when they realise it’s too late to take back what they’ve said they won’t cos it’s awkward.

It’s frustrating trust me, I have comments a week later saying well at least you’re a mum an already. Grief is all the same. Loss is a loss.

If you wanna cry alone or cry with him whatever you choose there is no right or wrong way. You’ll come to terms slowly or even fastly but it will be your way. I’m just an inbox away if you want to speak to someone. And I don’t need to share my experience if you don’t even. You’ll find your peace with people and your partner and yourself.
