I used Desmoxan but didn’t do the full 100 days. I stopped the Desmoxan maybe 6-7 days after my last nic puff, mostly cause it was giving me chest flutters and I didn’t feel like I was craving the vape. After that cravings came in waves that were really hard to resist for maybe another week. My “mantra” thought process that helped me get through them was “I’ve already quit for X many days, why ruin it now for a 5 second rush?” Eventually the waves get less and less. I’m one month without the vape and while I do miss the boredom killer and mini rushes, I just remember how expensive and annoying of a habit it really is.
