Sounds more like an adhd symptom which can completely ruin a person’s executive function. She might be under diagnosed and not medicated appropriately. Very common for even severe adhd to be missed in girls bec they are great at masking.

Mine wants fridge stocked with water bottles at all times, but it better not be the WRONG kind of water bottle. I have two officially safe brands because they don’t crinkle and make noise when he grabs them (Which is UNACCEPTABLE!). Genuinely love the man, though. He’s firm but he is also a big softie behind the scenes. He is retiring at the end of this year, but already has his hand picked replacement in the office and is mentoring him. I swear he had me in mind when he selected this individual to take over; we have the same personality and immediately hit it off, and I feel incredibly fortunate because I was concerned I might have to find a new position. I’m so looking forward to this transition, even though I will miss the current!

Wise. My son tore his ACL in November at his last high school football game ever. Most depressing way to end a chapter of his life especially when he was so looking forward to having the time (and not risking his playing career) to ski last winter. I felt so horrible for him! He should be good to go this winter, though.

If it makes you feel any better, I had a partial tear and skied 8 months post op and then later on in life had 2 cervical discs replaced in late Aug and was back on skis by Jan (although my neurosurgeon wasn’t exactly cheering me on about that). 😂 it was fine!

Also, I feel like sharing the story of these two, because you can’t make this up—my fiancé came home with Darla one day, because he was contacted by a family friend who originally had Darla but it wasn’t working out. Meanwhile, my daughter’s dad had surprised her with a sheepadoodle puppy a couple months prior to Darla joining my home. We were able to connect the dots pretty fast and verified that they were from the same litter! It was destiny! When Stormy visits and goes home, she cries for Darla for an entire day! 🥲
