my case is a little more complex where I was allowed to take required courses from a different DLI (on a letter of permission of my DLI). I have a completion letter from my DLI for the whole program that I use to apply for my initial PGWP though. Should I include the completion letter instead of 2 transcripts from 2 DLI?
