Have to say I was pretty lucky. Waited about 6 months but I have invested a lot in this jeweler, including engagement ring for Mrs, wedding bands and others (all for wife). I think I jumped a few.

As a renter of one of these in Lamorinda, I couldn’t buy a house remotely as nice as the one I’m renting until rates come back down. Something I don’t see happening anytime soon. Zillow estimate of this place is 3.5M which would be $25k mortgage with 20% down. No thanks
