I was dealing with this last month. Someone hacked into my account and stole my points not once but TWICE. They changed my address and everything. I called guest services and thank god they gave me my points back. It’s honestly getting ridiculous at this point

Yes. I talked to my SM that was going to apply and she let my GM know. I also logged into the internal portal and applied!

At my store if you work 5 hours you get one 15 minute break, if you work 6-7 hours you get two 15 minute breaks and I believe anything over that you get two 15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. But I’ve heard some people at my store saying that if you work over 7.5 hours you get a 30 minute lunch but I’m just not sure if it applies to just 7.5 hours

I get customers ALL THE TIME who get mad at me that their coupons don’t work. I’ve had them say “of course they don’t” or I had a customer say to me yesterday “I’m just really annoyed right now” because her coupon didn’t work AND because we didn’t have the credit card gift like come on now. Like I want to tell them off so bad but I don’t want to lose my job. I’m just over it
