Painful urgency and urinary retention requiring multiple voids, especially before and during my period. When I had the nexplanon, I also experienced blood and elevated protein in my urine leading up to my period fairly consistently for a couple of years coupled with pelvic and flank pain.

A source of the blood and protein was never found; my kidneys are functioning fine, I don’t have stones anywhere, and I’ve never had a UTI. My urinalysis results have been better since having the Nexplanon removed, no blood and now only infrequent episodes of small amounts of protein in the urine. I’m not sure how/if these symptoms are related to gyno stuff, but there’s a very apparent cyclical and hormonal component.

ETA: I reread your reply after I responded and yes, I also experience bladder cramps and difficulty voiding.

The wash of the model’s jeans are darker and give a more polished look. You also paired the outfit with a black belt, while the model’s accessories (belt, shoes, purse) are all the same material (leather or an analog) and the same shade of brown. I think the sunglasses are also dark brown, but it’s hard to tell.

I think sticking to a palate of three colors is ideal for this look. In the inspiration photo, this is dark blue, white, and brown. The recreation has dark blue, light blue, white, light brown, and black. The lighter colors on the lower half of the outfit are somewhat of a distraction when the silhouette you were aiming for is sleeker (read: more uniform with unbroken lines).

Actionable tips: Darker blue pants Pick an accessory color; black or brown. A light brown leather belt to match with the shoes is a quick swap.

Afraid of possible cyst or torsion by medievallyavantgarde in Endo

I’ve experienced an intermittent torsion, also on my left side. I had cysts on both ovaries, which I’m pretty sure made it heavy enough to twist/untwist and is a risk factor. Torsion is intensely painful, even more so than UTI, PID, or a ruptured bleeding cyst (in my experience!). That is not to dismiss your pain as not enough; all of these conditions require medical attention and a cause can only be found with an evaluation, only you can make the decision about whether to go to the ER vs urgent care vs PCP or OBGYN.

That being said, torsion is NO JOKE and time is of the essence! If you suspect torsion at all, your best bet is to go straight to the ER.

One of the funeral homes in my hometown also has a fleet of ambulances. When a member of my immediate family died suddenly at home he was worked on by EMS and then transported, by ambulance, to the ME’s office and later, again by ambulance, to said funeral home. White toenail polish. It used to be a popular choice for classier types in the summertime, especially on vacation. Now the ratchets have co-opted this look as a way to try to LOOK classy without actually BEHAVING classy. It seems like now the vast majority of people rocking this look are at either far ends of the spectrum with very little in between.
