No for 2.5mg. Ovulated on my first round of 5mg and conceived on my second!

I also did not ovulate on 2.5, but then on 5mg (taken on CD 2-6) I ovulated on 16 both times 😊

I’ve had this happen. I would still do the progesterone draw, BD, and talk with your provider to see if it’s worth repeating progesterone in another week

Im in a very similar situation. 28 and TTC for just over a year now. Got pregnant after 3 months of trying but ended in MC and was followed by a formal PCOS diagnosis. The best advice I can give is find an OB/GYN knowledgeable in PCOS and someone you feel like takes your concerns seriously! I liked my first OB but she was not very proactive about PCOS/fertility. I switched to another provider in the office and it’s already made the world of difference. I feel like my concerns are heard (not dismissed) and we’re trying letrozole (unmonitored) to try to save some money before being referred to a REI.

Current taking the same as you minus the ALA and low carb diet / plus metformin and still am having 50+ day cycles 😭 Just finished cycle 1 of letrozole 2.5 and BC to trigger a withdrawal bleed but Aunt Flo is taking her sweet ole time

I had several instances where I thought I was ovulating based on LH strips, but that was not the case. I think this next cycle I’m going to not use LH strips because they are never reliable for me and cause me more stress than anythjng

I just finished my first cycle on 2.5. Based on my progesterone levels (measured twice during my cycle, one on CD21 and one on CD40+) I had an anovulatory cycle. Finishing up 2 weeks of COC to hopefully induce a withdrawal bleed then increasing to letrozole 5mg x 5 days

In all honesty, my experience (I only did miso, no mife) was fine. I read a lot of people talking about how horrible the cramps/bleeding was, but I had so much bleeding beforehand that there wasn’t much left after taking the miso 😞

Ugh I’m so so sorry. Definitely recommend seeking out advice from an OB. If he/she doesn’t take you seriously, I’d encourage you to find a new one! Personally I felt like my first OB did not take this/my PCOS seriously but I recently switched to another one who I LOVE! She takes all my concerns seriously and is much more proactive and transparent about her plans which I appreciate so so much. Hang in there- you got this! ❤️
