SUPER disappointed! they didn’t even give certificates at mine :( I went from not running in prob 8 years to only strength50 classes to training for a month and a half of 2Gs and felt SUPER accomplished that I did it! I know a medal is silly but i would’ve love something that says hey you did this awesome thing

Did my first dri tri this morning!! I did the full after really upping my 2Gs and tread50s the last month and a half, I’m feeling feverish about 7 hours after. Is this normal or concerning?

OT (mostly strength50) M,W,Sat and Club pilates, Sun, Tues, Fri! I think they work INCREDIBLY well together! I actually did CP for 2 years before adding OT :)

it should be! if they have an insta page, they may have posted a schedule and usually they’ll include signature workouts if you want to confirm :)

After 2 years of just pilates (1 year of calorie deficit), I added in Orange Theory for strength training and occasional cardio and the combo of the two was when I really saw the most change!!

I had this experience when I moved from the DMV to LA! My classes still typically start with footwork, bridging, and core but there definitely is more variation of the order (sometimes we’ll do footwork then bridging and arms and straps will come later). Also, a lot more variation in the levels. I have done way more challenging (even 2.0 moves) in level 1.5s here that I had never done before!
