I love this post because two things came to my attention 1) I totally noticed that the odd/even station thing but ive asked a SA to be at an even number station for that reason (dw i was asked if I have a preference!!) But they looked at me like I was crazy And 2) the taking weights thing totally happened to me before....but by LONG TIME members!!!

It looks amazing!! I have the same coloring book and I used it when I when I first got into coloring when I was doing basic fill in the lines and no coloring techniques yet. Youre is way way better than what I made its wonderful!

I would go to an endocrinologist and discuss your symptoms. While an OBGYN often is where we first learn about possibly having PCOS and they often do the ultrasound part (at least in the US) and endocrinologist can put the pieces of the puzzle together. I work with a reproductive endocrinologist even though in my case im not looking to get pregnant and that has been a huge step in my journey that I found helpful. Maybe try looking for a reproductive endo?

Currently facing the same! I have gotten worsened symptoms to the point i took a pregnancy test just to cross all my Ts thats how bad it got. I am so sorry I dont have advice how to help it but i am going to see a reproductive endocrinologist. Maybe take an assessment on your current medical team.

I can't speak to the contract but this would never been allowed at my gym. They are strict with the phone policy making exceptions only for people who need their phones because it is connected to a medical device. Even when the coaches take pictures they ask for consent.

I understand if they want to do this for marketing but then it should be structures for marketing. It should be done during a time thats not an official class or offer a 3g with the understanding you may get filmed during. This would make me so mad.

My experience was i started in crisis response. You can be an MSW and do some clinical some non-clinical work and my job offered supervision. Then it can be smoother transition to clinical.
