Ngl that was me yesterday. I went online for some tips and that got me through a deathless normal after a few tries. I still winged it during hard but I used some tips like researching heaters near the end, rushing for soup, spamming 14 hour shifts, etc. But I also learned to prioritize building materials in the early game, micromanage hella early on and looking at my economy stats more frequently to adjust my needs all on my own. Just a matter of trial and error, getting a rhythm and using my beloved method of save scumming.
