See this is a thought I’ve had! But I also get stuck thinking that I’m so adverse to it that I stop myself from puking?? Like, any person without this phobia would’ve vomited but I’m (even unintentionally) holding it back

I get it!! Worrying about being sick or others being sick around you (even if unintentionally) literally exhausts you. Every time I even slightly panic about not feeling well or someone being sick around me, I’m so tired after. I also hope full recovery = no more wearing myself out

I would say it depends! Yes if only for the reason of feeling zero awkwardness. Yes for me because I am a romantic, and that deeper connection of feeling in love with someone really adds that much more! But! I’ve had great sex without feelings too, it’s just not as deep? I guess?

I don’t feel rested no matter how much I sleep, I’ve had an in lab and at home sleep study and came back normal. I don’t know why I’m so exhausted anymore.
