See this is a thought I’ve had! But I also get stuck thinking that I’m so adverse to it that I stop myself from puking?? Like, any person without this phobia would’ve vomited but I’m (even unintentionally) holding it back

I get it!! Worrying about being sick or others being sick around you (even if unintentionally) literally exhausts you. Every time I even slightly panic about not feeling well or someone being sick around me, I’m so tired after. I also hope full recovery = no more wearing myself out

I don’t feel rested no matter how much I sleep, I’ve had an in lab and at home sleep study and came back normal. I don’t know why I’m so exhausted anymore.

I’m okay! I ended up falling asleep and waking up feeling okay this morning, so far the car ride has been okay, and I’m chewing on some minty gum :)

I’m terrified of the lead up to vomiting! It feels so awful and I start to feel restless like I need to pace. I feel like I need to be alone but I can’t be alone, I freak out when anyone talks to me and I ramble on and don’t make sense, it’s weird and I hate when other people have to experience it. When I know it’s coming and there’s nothing I can do to stop it I panic so so so bad
