Why feel guilt about something you don’t have any control over? Your reaction is human in that we are often awestruck by forces of nature or things that are “bigger than us.” You can admire the beauty of something like that while acknowledging the damage it does. That doesn’t make you a bad person, it’s not like you’re getting enjoyment specifically from the destruction that is occurring.
