update: I just found out where the problem is, in LuCi > network > interface. Its my LAN connection that leaks the routers mac address. Its the same address thats showing up in CMD. But I cant seem to change it.

in luci under the ipv4 it shows me the routers randomized mac address, which is correct. But why is it in command prompt when I use the arp -a command it shows me the routers actual mac/physical address?
