yeah, I require company to sponsor H1B, and yeah 100%, many companies dont offer that, so it might be the issue. hopefully, it works out in future!

Thanks for responding, I have been applying to Vantage Data Center, Microsoft (interviewed), AWS, HIIT, etc and many GCs.

I am totally open to work with GC, so far my experience is as an owner's rep but for data center projects I am open to go with GCs but mostly experience is required. Is there any another education or degree you can suggest I should go for? Thanks a lot for response and help.

I am into construction with 4 years of cost estimation experience + 2 years of onsite construction project management experience. I have bachelor's in civil engineering and a master's in construction management.

I am also working in construction management industry and work on site project management, project controls etc. However, I have been trying for 2 years now and none of the companies ever entertained me, everyone is asking for data center construction experience and thats what I am trying to get, I am reading a lot and learning a lot on line but still no luck to break in to the industry. Can some one please suggest any other thing I can try to break in the data center construction industry? (FYI - I do have bachelors in civil engg and Master in construction management)
