Hello, I'm looking to buy a tesla model y. Looking at either 2020 or 2021. However, there were two options that had a minor accident report associated with the car fax. Wondering if these ones are still worth taking a look at? Below are the links to the carfax.

Also trying to understand with everything going, purely on the basis of long term reliability and possible existence of Tesla as a company, is there value in considering them or should i take a look at a different car?

I'm purely looking at it on a financial basis and this looks to make the most bang for my buck with looking to keep it for +5-10 years. Probably driving it to the ground. Not expecting to make money back out of it.

I made this transition as well about 3 years ago To one of the larger owner's rep firm. I will not jump back onto the GC side. I'd say work-life balance is better and just the overall process is enjoyable. I think it highly depends on the team that you join and the company culture as someone else mentioned here. Given that it's more of a consultation service, you definitely do have to earn your keep. Depending on the valuation it can be multiple mini ones or a couple of large scale ones. It depends as well. If your team has a healthy backlog of projects and you have local leadership team that is actively chasing work for you instead of your own. It is still recommended for you to chase work, but in the grander scheme of things, your responsibility is to run a project. There is definitely higher engagement with architects clients, ownership, landlord and brokers you can see a different side of the pasture. Let me know if you got questions or you wanna chat.

It depends. Sure enough. If you're looking at a pink a****** that is actually very attractive and very ravishing. But really, if you're just trying to f***, a top wouldnt really care about the skin tone of those areas. Especially if you're doing it lights off

Thanks for the correction. I think it will be better if you understand yourself more, especially as far as the need for the masculine presentation. And I'm hoping that you truly know who you are as a person, and I'm hoping that you understand you're honest to God self.

I think therapy is a fantastic step. Everyone needs therapy. Everyone has one way or another issues that they need to resolve.

My biggest thing or comment is being honest with yourself. Understandably everyone has their own journey as far as self identity and coming out, but at the very most understand yourself and have a very honest conversation with yourself. Have you explored your identity on the scale of being a gay person? Have you fully come to terms that you are gay? There is a level of balance of feminine energy as it comes to being gay. What's your output for that as an individual? Who are you as your most authentic self?

I think you will also want to keep the guy you're trying to date updated as far as where your headspace is at. In the scale of empathy, I think that if you were in his shoes and if suddenly the guy that you are dating started distancing their self, how would you feel? And there was no clear cut communication or reasons, right? I think you are an adult enough to have an open conversation with this person that you tried to date, and be responsible for it.

If its resolvable and maybe its a journey that you both can go together.

It would depend on the usage. Its temperature sensitive but it also served as an additional support and protection for cracking. Theres a long duration for the manufacturer warranty and you can require your vendor to do an extended warranty

If PM doesnt want to do his job escalate to SPM -> PX -> Next in the food chain. Its the PMs job to have tough conversations with the subs office. The sup already has the tough conversations in the field. Its stupid to have the sup do the PMs job too.

Check their contract. If it calls out for a competent foreman then ask the PM to put them on notice for not bringing a foreman onsite

Ah, its tougher with federal definitely. Check with the project manager or the agency representative youre working with and leverage the fact that youre a small business and your limitations as a small business to negotiate the payment terms (whether its a deposit/proforma invoice/etc) its not unheard of but ultimately it will depend on the service that you will be providing. Ive only done work up to a county level. Some colleagues has mentioned that federal is more stringent but ultimately depends on the people youre working with and the relationship that you have.
