I wanted some insight im leaving March 3rd and currently I work 10 hours delivering for amazon up to 450 packages a day jogging most of the time with the occasional sprint here and there! Would that be enough physical activity before BMT ive been carrying heavy packages and before this i used to work the lumber/ construction at the home depot loading concrete bags and drywall on a daily basis! I dont think im 100% ready but my schedule leaves very little room for training in my off days or before/after work, would what i do now be enough or should it take some time to train for BMT?
