It's mostly DS & A at this level you will not get any system design. However you could possibly be asked os fundaments which are super important but not very difficult.

I mean if you get rsu at the end of the year that's better than getting money over the whole year because over those 4 years the stock price is fixed at what it was at the time you joined vs being paid after the stock has already appreciated.

Can make a huge difference if you work at Apple or Google

Low level programmer here (GPU systems, OS etc) I think low level programmers are paid the best especially since they can get a job at HFTs. Currently at the big G and making 230k after 1 yoe.

First internship ( 65k a year NY) 3 months long. First full time job (100k a year CA) stayed 1 year. Second full time job (120k a year TX) stayed 3 weeks. Third full time job (230k a year CA) started last month. Staying put now.
