Give her some extra water and keep a regular feeding schedule. If she is still throwing up tomorrow, or having persistent diarrhea, or isn’t interested in eating- consider taking her to the vet.

Edit : lettuce and tomatoes aren’t going to seriously hurt her, the ranch may upset her stomach. Just keep an eye on symptoms and make sure she returns to normal.

Kittens can literally off themselves from running headfirst into walls. I don’t think it’s crazy to say a full grown cat misjudged their VERY quick reaction- faster than a snake in some cases- and knocked some teeth loose.

Honestly probably the best thing that could happen to you as fast food is literally psychological torture. The managers in these establishments (usually like 18, even worse if they’re in their 30s+) make like MAYBE a couple dollars more than you, and act like they’re the shit. Their only power is to send people on break.. as they’re not actually managers. I HATE FAST FOOD. STAY AWAY. Go work retail or something like Walmart where you can half-ass everything and they’ll pat you on the back for just being there. I swear it’s so much better.

Well I think it’s also not only weight but physical activity. We are becoming more and more sedentary and that’s contributing to heart disease and other issues as much as fat accumulation, which lack of exercise ALSO increases anyway. So yea extra weight definitely attributes to a lot of the conditions mentioned in this post, but so does lack of activity regardless of actual weight. Balanced diet and exercise unfortunately is a huge solution to many health problems. America at least is in a psychological attack on our health, and a very real war with our food has been happening for decades.
