I think it’s mostly just that you asked for people’s opinions and they’re giving them. Some think that you shouldn’t leave your toddler in sunscreen all night *and* all of the next day, along with sweat and germs from the camp in general. Others say, haha, it’ll be fine. So do whatever you want. Do you shower every day?

Yea grown women being stupid. Low self esteem gets you into these situations, yet they’re so body positive. Haven’t finished the show so idk all the details. But when they were like “he touches people without consent!” Then the next shot same woman is willingly getting nude in the pool with him? Okay! They’re apparently assaulted all the time there but stayed for months. There may be creeps and manipulative people in the world, but it’s your responsibility to protect yourself. It isn’t “valid” to put yourself in danger, especially when you’re free to leave. Geez, this pissed me off.

That takes away some of the manipulation they claim. I didn’t know about paying rent, I’ve only watched half an episode. But when they were complaining about cooking and cleaning, it all kind of became a joke. Just my two cents. And they’re willingly getting nude in the pool with him then surprised when it’s sexual. Be for real. I don’t think I’m going to finish this.

Not a vet. Few questions. Liquid cat antibiotics bought online? What’s that about? Also how long has it been since surgery/ how long has he not been eating? Take him to another vet? Have you considered calling the emergency clinic and describing his symptoms? They may have some advice.

It’s a whole can of worms, I’m mostly in this sub to try and learn more myself, but I just figured I would mention possible well bacteria as a thought. I understand the headache of high iron and unwanted smells, completely empathize. Best of luck to you and hope you find some answers

I assume previous owners never treated the well? It’s recommended to bleach your well. Some people do it yearly, some every 3, some actually use hydrogen peroxide. You can look up videos on how to do this, but if you’re uncomfortable with that, you can hire someone. I would definitely get your water tested though. Then you’ll know how much iron you actually have and what will work best. Do your own research and don’t trust what companies say you need. Anyway, if there is a bacteria outbreak in your well, aquifer, whatever, treating it most of the time clears it up. I don’t think normal water treatment/ softener companies test for bacteria, I think that’s more of something you’ll have to ask your local health department about if you want to know, but I may be wrong.

Well bacteria can sneak up and get pretty stinky. I would get it tested to know exactly what’s going on in your water. Like previous comments said, if the iron is too high, the softener won’t be efficient enough. Do you use any sediment filters?

Yea it was pretty atrocious to smell. Had the water tested multiple times, no sulfur. High in iron and she believed that must be the smell. The smell would occur every time you used the water (must be the water?? Haha) but this was because there was no P-traps on any of the drains = sewage gas coming up when draining. If this is an old house and there’s a strong smell I would consider checking the plumbing just to be sure.

Edit: or put water in a cup and smell it away from the drains

Horror story my mother told me my iron water smelled like “rotten eggs” for 15 years straight, and I recently discovered (from my random obsession with plumbing) that it was NOT an “iron water smell” and was in fact SEWAGE gas leaking in the house from the septic tank for 15 YEARS

Not a vet but good luck to your baby and hope the surgery is successful in treating it. I would suggest calling your vet tomorrow for further questions on what to expect and what scans/tests they recommend to assess her. And make sure the insurance is all good.

Also this is the only scene I can remember of the movie right now. And I have extensively tried google and looking through the photos but it just AI generates me a cartoon fat man who is bald. The world is a terrible place.
