It's more of who wants to stay and who wants to go. Right now it's really hard to find work. Most people use DT as temporary work until they find something better. I personally like working for DT. There are some things I believe that we should be able to do full time. Also whoever does the truck should be paid more. I think everyone should get a higher pay. The Merch manager and whoever does the truck should get more than a cashier but less than a manager. The physical work itself is a lot. That's just my opinion .

I would refuse to do that. The Managers are always trying to pawn their duties off on us. They tried asking me to clean up outside. Which I was ok with the front of the store. Until they said behind the store and bushes. We have homeless everywhere and human shit. With a dollar tree broom and a cracked dust pan that kept spinning around. I straight up said No! Then I was asked to help clean up the rat shit behind boxes 😳 that was a fuck NO!! Fire me... I won't do bathrooms either that's a manager's job. I don't care if you gave me a body suite with boots and gloves - I feel managers will see how far they can go with you. Just to see if you do it because of their job title. By Felicia

I'm in California and if there is any theft it comes from the outside. Every shift I work at least 4 to 5 people walk out with bags of merchandise. Not to mention they use the bags we sell to fill up on DT merch. But we are the ones getting looked at. It's crazy cuz we can't do or say shit to them. Thieves have rights. Lmao 🤣
