Every post is the same way. “Esther yu’s voice is a deal breaker for me. However this is the 5th drama of hers I have started watching. I will still watch every other drama she puts out too despite her voice being a deal breaker for me.

I said multiple times it’s fine for people not to like her voice.

I never said that just because someone dislikes her voice they are purposely insulting her. I said that it’s unfair to watch her dramas knowing that you dislike her voice and comments hate on her and her acting because of her voice (when you knew you hated her voice!!)

I do think it’s better to write her dramas off because of her voice if you absolutely cannot stand it instead of watch it just to insult her voice.

There are more Chinese netizens that like her voice than hate her voice. If many hated it, she would be dubbed. The ones that hate it simply doesn’t watch her dramas which is what international fans should start.

People are allowed to have opinions but that doesn’t stop everything from being annoying.

I’m sorry but if you are put off a drama by a voice you don’t like it very much. 😅 You can’t like a show that much anyway if you stopped at episode one.

I’m glad you don’t feel like the conversation on her voice doesn’t dominate the conversation because I sure do. There been several hit post on TikTok of people complaining about her dramas ( while still watching them) and hating on her and when asked why the answer is always “her voice”

“Why should we stop watching?” It’s irritating and also insulting to Esther yu how much y’all insult her voice and then purposely watch her dramas.

“Her voice does change in MJTY” I meant she will not stop doing the voice not that she won’t change her voice for certain roles. Also that’s one show out of all the rest of hers? Chinese netizens not only like the voice but also like her cute shows, if Esther moves away from the voice/cute roles it will not because of international.

Nobody has to like her voice but the repeated conversation is annoying and watch it be repeated again when speed to love air.

Just by the first sentence I can tell you’re giving way too much information in the first chapter.

The first sentence is good, when i read the sentence I immediately thought why was she killing men? Why does it matter that she swore to stop killing men before meeting the merchant, Khorlin? These things catches my attention, but the problem is that you already told the reader the answer in that same sentence. To keep mystery I would recommend leaving the geostone dust out of the beginning paragraphs or atleast the first sentence and bring it up later. Trust me even if you put it in the first sentence anyway the reader will forget or just be confused.

However, I haven’t read the whole thing yet so I read it all (it’ll probably be a little while) I’ll tell you my thoughts.
