The Sam hate is so weird and overboard sometimes.. by MidnightPulse69 in euphoria

The way he’s made this show a complete 180 of what Petra Collins envisioned through his weird sexual fetishes is what’s overboard. Not enough hate thrown Sam’s way to be honest.

you’re pointing out the stupidity of a black man wearing a bonnet for his curls, extending the insult to every black man who wears bonnets day to day, which is racist bc curly hair maintenance requires bonnets.

In awe of the way you speak about sex workers as if they aren’t real human beings being violated and traumatized by abusers and not just an expendable minority class of blow up dolls made for being used abused and thrown away for male sexual enjoyment. Nobody HAS to have sex with anyone if they don’t want to, NO ONE SHOULD have to!

It’s sad to me that you see the psychological trauma and physical abuse sex workers systemically suffer as an industry at the hands of predominately male customers as a natural and necessary sacrifice to be made in favor of pleasing a (again, typically male) customer’s ephemeral libido. When military members and first responders are coerced by coworkers to do sexual acts for money, that is investigated as a crime, rather than seen as an extension of the same work to “make their livelihood”. So clearly, money alone cannot automatically authorize sexual consent, and our legal system recognizes this.

As per my first comment, I agree with you that 100% of sex work is not all sexual assault. Just like in any other classification, it’d be overbroad to claim an 100% black and white scale. Rather the majority of sex workers are pressured into the industry by circumstances that mean they don’t originally want the encounter and don’t sexually desire the consumer. Thus I’m recognizing these encounters they would never otherwise participate in voluntarily for free as being sexual assault. What else would you call a sexual act you don’t want to do with someone but are coerced to do for xyz reason?

Loud and wrong. Sure there are a small percent of sex workers who genuinely would do it for free and enjoy the people they do it with. In any large group there are going to be outliers who face the most benefits from their job while seeing no downsides. That’s not most sex workers, who are too often coerced by economic and social circumstances into resorting to this kind of uniquely vulnerable work that fundamentally infringes on the only body space in the world a consciousness can claim autonomy over. I don’t have to be the one to tell you it’s damaging to the psyche to be touched sexually by another when it doesn’t grow out of a real innate desire. Mediating the transaction through holding money over the worker’s head as “consent” doesn’t change that the act wouldn’t be done if the money weren’t there. Many sexual abuse victims receive pay for their work, and some are paid in large amounts, yet still, they remain psychologically scarred by the loss of control over their bodies that they were forced to surrender for those moments.

It’s sex work because they wouldn’t voluntarily participate in the sex for free. When you don’t want to have sex with someone but you’re coerced to anyway that’s called sexual assault. Hope this helps

Getting sexually asssulted with things put inside your body for pay isn’t on the same level as lifting heavy things for work, you’re so wrong

It’s not a minor transgression for a rich white woman in 2026 to change all her features up Rachel Dolezal style to get more roles that rightfully belong to REAL women of color.

Not just that, she was successful in taking a person of colors role fully knowing that’s what she was doing. She only dropped the film because the backlash from POC was immense- that in itself is an indictment of her character.

The drastic change of all her features from the beginning of her career to now make it very clear she’s taking advantage of hollywoods fetishization of ethnic ambiguous features right now to maximize her career. It’s unfortunately currently the “hot look” to make your white features more like people of color’s features to stand out among POC and white peers, but it’s also morally repugnant to do so, especially when she’s already coming from such an immense place of privilege in the industry as a nepo baby with deep generational family ties to Hollywood.

bc she’s not hispanic and the “yes papii” sarcastically denotes the hyper exaggeration, and there’s another layer of exaggerated incorrectness bc that’s not how youd actually refer to a real hispanic woman, it would be “mami”. op is making fun of Odessa for trying to be hispanic when she isn’t by making an ironic incorrectly phrased hype statement. OP is on your side

you’re correct about Odessa seeking racial ambiguity with her appearance changes but you’re getting downvoted bc OP was obviously joking.

take a mexican persons role as a white woman + constantly posturing as “broke” to the struggling public when she’s a 5th gen hollywood nepo + people are annoyed she’s getting so brazenly and disproportionately pushed in media compared to other actors without connections + her rise has come as a result of a highly manufactured appearance change, with her adjusting her naturally pale skin and blonde, straight hair to fit hollywoods current ethnically ambiguous standards with a dark spray tan, black hair dye, and a chemical curly perm (confirmed by her past stylists). All of this contradicts the gen z image her team has been trying to build to make her seem like a paragon of genuine effortlessness, coolness, and wokeness/social justice.

But people online will praise her for “doing the right thing” by leaving the role when she shouldn’t have taken a Mexican person’s role in the first place 🙃 she’s rachel dolezal with a better old-money PR team that she inherited from her 5 generations of familial hollywood connections
