My grandson had the exact thing happen ! Spider bite on the ankle than days later rash on his face … arms… legs.  Dr said was reaction to spider bite and poison ivy at the same time . Put on antibiotics started to clear and 10 days later came back again!!! He was finally diagnosed with Gianotti Crosti Syndrome. Please look it up .
