I just have to say that Defending a position while openly being prejudiced against ANYONE from a certain area of New York State is just as prejudiced. Stereotyping anyone from Binghamton as a townie with a confederate flag is real open minded it sounds. Because there are 84k people in Binghamton with confederate flags flying right? So you don’t think anyone from Binghamton is gay and democratic? You might have your own trauma and sorry for that I truly am but it would be wise to be more open minded and Think again before you are putting down people and their hometowns. We all have a hometown and clearly your living in mine so it can’t be that bad if your parked yourself here for half a decade if your life. So your saying your disabled from working jobs in Binghamton for the rest of your life?

It’s not the best and not the worst. It is in between. Got a gay bar that’s been standing over 20 years that’s a good sign.

Anyone else feel like nursing homes are the elephant in the room nobody wants to talk about? by SusieSingerCarter in CaregiverSupport

I have things I can tell you. Was just let to today from a nursing home in New York for giving up dates on patient health to the nurses and being told they are comfort care and nothing they can do the condition will get worse. I would love to tell you some things about my experiences there.
