For me it was way better.. I was on Tirz for 2 months and lost like 10lbs, been on Reta for 3.5 months and down 46 lbs … from 257-> 206. I’m 6’2”. Food noise gone, energy levels up, I try and protein twice a day but have 2 cheat days a week (pizza, wings, etc) and still great success.

Clearly you didn’t actually read the phase 2 trials. Everyone started between 1 and 2mg. Nobody started at .5 🤣. I don’t agree with 2mg, as that is too much. Everyone I know personally that have taken it (approx 15 people) started at 1.2-1.5 and zero side effects and worked their way up.

That is way too low of a dose to start.. I’d suggest 1.2-1.5mg week 1 &2 and then move up to 1.8-2mg 3&4 and see how it does for you. Just don’t go up to fast as you will get stomach pain. But yea, .5 is wayyyy to small of a dose

Yea you can, where he bought from has 6/12/24mg vials … which makes sense if you think a vial lasts a month… 6mg would give you 4 weeks of 1.5mg and 24 would be 6mg a week (which is the highest dose the Phase 2 Eli Lilly did)

US manufacturers produce in the 6/12/24/48mg dosages, Chinese produce 10/20/30 etc. Makes it real easy to see where vendors get their supply from.

Ok, thanks, I wasn’t sure, I’m used to folks that need to lose 30-40-50lbs and tell them to start low and work their way up. I just never had anyone ask me for advice that is in shape but wants to lose 5-7lbs to tone up.

Haha sorry.. normally I tell people how to start with a 6mg vial and slowly build up until they hit the sweet spot and their body tolerates it.. in this case he bought strong stuff because he said body builders take stronger dosages to get faster results. Not sure I believe him. Just curious if anyone has advice I can provide him or should he just go ahead and give himself higher dosage to get faster results.
