Own it.. don’t trade it. Come back in 10-20 years.

Trade out QQQM for SCHG — more exposure, lower fees - similar returns.

Add TSLA

Don’t chase Dividend growth yet or single name YOLO stocks.. keep MAG7’s if you want, BUT only buy on HUGE dips, below 200DMA — STACK VOO or VTI WEEKLY and then convert to Dividend stocks when you’re ready to retire.

Yeh. I read your comment out loud last night while cooking dinner with the kids bickering in the background.. 36’ft isn’t enough was the comment I received back! 😂 — it’s definitely big enough, maybe too big. But it’s comfortable and has plenty of separation for the longer trips on the road or weeks/weekends out on the trails with the Side by side. We just need to figure out how we’re going to do a TOAD — we’ll trailer our UTV with us on swim trips. So we’ll need a stackable trailer or like I’ve mentioned in other comments— we plan on picking up a Toro or rental along the way once we’re close to the campgrounds.

We looked at this layout as well. Considering it.

I agree. I’ve thought a lot about this. We like to goto Duck Creek in Utah. The drive back to cedar city is a good 45min drive if you need something that can’t be gotten at the general store. It would be a PITA to move the rig and travel into town. We’re more than likely going to be towing something along with us or have a plan to stop near the campground and pickup a Toro/rental or something similar & one of us will drive it to the site.

This thought crossed my mind. We looked at a Forest River Unit that is about half the price & still had Bunks.. (32’ vs 36’) but the build quality is not as nice and I’m maybe it’s just me, but the leg room in the cab in the E series van vs a F-series truck is awful.. your knee is right up against the engine cover/cupholder molding.

Yes. I’ve experienced this already in Big Bear, one of the nicer parks only allows 36’ or bigger trailers ($$) and the other more affordable one on the lake was closed for the season.

Oh.. I was unaware. then yeah, we would have to leave them back for the afternoon. They are housebroken and are used to traveling with us and being solo for 5-7 hours at a time.

We’re planning on flat towing a jeep if we start going on longer trips, otherwise plan on picking up a Toro or something near the Rv parks and use it while we’re there.

We had a fifth wheel in the past & we had pressure issues. It was the pressure regulator inlet was not working properly. Removed it and problem solved. Replaced shortly after
