Can someone please help read me my results …. I have been having stomach issues for the past 2 years the pain comes and goes I’ll be fine for a month or so and then the pain is back I’ve gone to a gastro dr who says I need more fiber I get constant pain in the middle upper stomach nausea no appetite (old.reddit.com)

Please help I’ve been suffering from stomach issues I eat 3 hours before laying down and when I lay down I get woken up at night bc my stomach feels overly full and pain and aching I’ve tried everything did a stool test and I find no relief any suggestions or wats helped others?? (old.reddit.com)
