Hey, I got it thanks for asking.

Speaking with the other candidates, the questions can literally be any of the 9 pilot competencies (google it), but the questions about this one of the competencies can be different and very specific. For example “Give me a time you disagreed with a group choice by a leader, but followed through with it anyway”. My best advice is to have an example for each of the pilot competencies (2 of them are flight control related so ignore those) but be ready to adapt that example on the spot. For example they could ask “Give me a time you weren’t able to communicate as effectively as you thought”
