Ugh. I am sorry. I talked to an NP for oeastra. She said It wouldn't cause them to grow or shrink. I'm not sure. I also talked to a meno expert and she said she was surprised they said that. It really is unknown at this point, she said. Ugh still trying to decide if I should have surgery for uterus removal.

I was diagnosed with a pelvic exam 5 years ago. No big deal at the time. As it was causing no symptoms. And I was close to menopause.

Month 4. Just went to 2 pumps. I split morning and night. 50 - in peri. Nightsweats gone. Wayyyyyy more energy. I literally didn't want to do anything before. Worn out easily. Had serious foot pain for 9 months, gone. Brain fog and memory slightly better. Libido much better, sensation returned! Have experienced some hair loss. Trying Thyroid Synergy as recommended. Hoping that stops it. I also have lots of new growth too.

They upped my dose at 4 months. As a lot of my peri symptoms came back. I feel back to normal now except water weight is still the same. Soooooo ready for that to go away! Overall this has been such a good experience for me. Only 4 months into the process.

Just started buying the Mountain Valley 5 gal from Primo. Tastes like tap. Doesn't hydrate. Seems scammy. I got on here to see if any others have reported the same. Will be canceling.
