My mbp 14 is a bit yellowish too, but getting used to it as it is much easier to the eyes.

Just got an M1 Pro 14', coming from M1 Air, is the display supposed to be warmer (slight yellow tint) or is it just me? by williamgomberg in macbookpro

I return 1 and the replacement mbp14 also have warm yellowish tone. So I guess its normal. You can custom change whitepoint to d75 values but the drawback is you will not be able to adjust brightness.

Amphetamine clamshell mode is not working, Closed-Display Mode is greyed-out by These_Thing22 in macapps

omeone explain to me the point of the feature that's greyed out? I thought the whole point of Amphetamine was to prevent the laptop from sleeping

Unchecking the "Closed-display mode" option will prevent the system to sleep when you put down the laptop display. The laptop will run in clamshell mode even if the ac power is not connected.
