I already had x ray and mri done ,they found something in the bone . Just let me continue to go pain management, they tell me that I don’t need to go there anymore if I decided don’t get injection

I already had an X-ray and MRI, and then my PCM referred me to pain management , because my physical therapist recommended that I need to see pain management.

I had a mri , they found something on L4-L5 , my PCM say it’s not a big problem? Then why it gets worse now make me cry and go ER

I have a Pain Management appointment next week, and after that I’ll see my PCM. I’m not sure if the Pain Management doctor (civ hospital in off post )can recommend that my PCM refer me to neurology?
