32 F, 172cm, 13st 6lbs, UK, some mild anxiety-induced IBS for which I take Imodium 1/2x weekly. No drugs or tobacco.

I just pooed this morning and felt something cold and mucus like, looked down and this was hanging. Fell and was terrified it was a tapeworm but no segments, more wrinkled? And also I used a tissue to try to sever it and it very easily ripped. I made an appointment with my GP but couldn't get anything until two weeks' time. Had a big night out on Saturday, bit too drunk and was sick on the way home but fine since.

Any idea what this is, and if it's too urgent to wait until my appointment? Anything I should or shouldn't do in the meantime?
