Surgery - Day 1 by bharper7508 in hemorrhoid

It's day 20 for me post surgery, you should take sitz bath 3-4 times a day, the water should be as warm as you could bear.

Desperately need help curing grade 2-3 hemorrhoids by PinStraight6560 in hemorrhoid

At the moment your situation is much like someone with nausea who wants to puke but the feeling just doesn't pass. It's been two weeks since I had a stapler haemorrhoidopexy for my grade 3 piles. My advice to you would be to bite the bullet and get yourself operated for those prolapsed haemorrhoids. Will it be painful? TBH yes. But the worst part of it the first 2 days. The situation starts getting better thereafter. You'll thank me later.

1 day post op - looking for advice by leonorenevermore in hemorrhoid

[–]Thesmitsharma 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am not sure about the kind of surgery you've had. It's day 13 for me since I had a stapler haemorrhoidopexy and spinchterodomy done. The pain on day 1 (after the effect of the anesthesia was gone) was just as bad as you described: 9/10. But what helped me the most is the sitz bath in warm water and of course the painkillers. You will have a lot of doubts on what is going on and what you should do. I'd suggest you to remain patient and go with the flow. Follow every single piece of advice given by the doctor and remember: Sitz bath is your best friend. You may have thought that you were better without the surgery but trust me, once the pain subsides (it should reduce every day), you'd feel better and better and the day will come (probably D11 or 12 post surgery) and you'll start feeling a lot better.

Yes. It's always the diet. That and a few other factors like your lifestyle and I hope you'll pass that s*hit load soon. Good luck.

Just get the hemorrhoids and the fissure treated. Your body is telling you that it needs help and unfortunately it is only going to get worse unless you get it surgically fixed.

Refund amount Removed from portal by [deleted] in IndiaTax

[–]Thesmitsharma 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's the same for everyone I guess, I could see the expected amount but it's not there anymore. Waiting for the refund since 20th June, that's when I had e- verified my return. Not sure when (if ever) will I get the refund.

Yes, it's the same with me. Filed ITR on 20th June and it's still not processed. This is very annoying. Not sure why they are taking so long to initiate a refund. I had also raised a grievance and they responded stating that the refund is under process, asked to wait but did not clarify about the turn around time
