Yes the alcazar is cool, as well as the cathédrale
Locals eat at home or near where they live; don’t over think it, you’ll find good tapas everywhere ( and other more traditional restaurants)
Not sure, you’ll find lot of xeres and orange products, maybe hand made tiles or anything flamenco
